ዕላማ እዚ ኣኼባ’ዚ፡ ብዛዕባ እቲ ብኤርትራዊ ሃገራዊ ኮምሽን ንዲሞክራስያዊ ለውጢ ዝተነድፈ 4 ሰነዳት ክዛተ እዩ። ንሳቶም ከኣ፡
1) ንድፊ መሰጋገሪ ቅዋም ሃገረ ኤርትራ፡
2) ንድፊ ሕገ-ህንጻ መሰጋገሪ ሃገራዊ ባይቶ፡
3)ሃገራዊ ፖለቲካዊ ቻርተር ንመሰጋገሪ ሃገራዊ ባይቶ፡
4) ነቲ ካብ ዲክተቶርያዊ ስርዓት ናብ ዲሞክራሲ ዝግበር ጉዕዞ ዘገልግል መምርሒ ካርታ፡ እዮም።

Purpose This meeting is setup to discuss the 4 documents prepared by the Eritrean National Commission for Democratic Change (ENCDC). The 4 documents are:
1. Draft of the Interim Constitution of the State of Eritrea
2. Draft of the Interim Structure of the Eritrean National Assembly
3. National Political Charter for Transitional National Council
4. Action-based Political Road – map for a Journey from Dictatorship to Democracy in Eritrea
The above documents will be presented and will be discussed. You are invited to discuss, to express your opinion and ask questions. These documents are now available at the Eritrean National Commission for Democratic Change website (encdc.com).
