We welcome you to join us in our “EDA and National Conference For Democratic Change Series Discussion- Part III” this Saturday evening at paltalk.   We are honored to present you member Mr. Bashir Ishaq chairman of Preparatory Committee for National Conference (PCNC) & Mr. Kernelios Osman, in charge of News and Information for PCNC as our guest speakers.

Following a series of workshops that were held in Addis back in July 2009, in DC and other cities throughout 2009, the preparatory committee was established about a month ago in a meeting that was taken place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The PCNC is composed of representatives of the Eritrean Democratic Alliance (EDA) and representatives of Eritrean civil society groups.

Mr. Bashir and Mr. Kernelios will briefly introduce themselves and their background, and among other things they will discuss the agendas shown below and Q&A session will follow after their presentation. 

1)  The structure of PCNC and action plan/road map.
2)  Update on what PCNC has done so far, where it is heading and what are the tasks ahead.
3)  What are the challenges and accomplishments so far? How PCNC plan to handle any obstacles that may surface.
4)  How to positively engage all stakeholders to make “National Conference for Democratic Change” reality and successful?
