Submission guidelines
The website reserves the right to reject any article based either on its content or style/format. Once accepted, an article will be posted no longer than a week from the date received. We will always let the writer know if his/her article is not accepted for not meeting the minimum requirement of the website, although no further explanations will be provided. But if we feel that improvements could be made on an article before it gets posted, we will suggest where those improvements should come. If a week passes by without him/her hearing from us, it means we have not received the article, and that the writer will need to email it to us once more.
We will need to verify your identity before we post your article. If it is your first time to write for asmarino, you will need to provide us with a phone number we could reach you with your first article.
Your article may be rejected for any one or a combination of the following reasons:
- (a) personal attacks
- (b) vulgar or obscene words
- (c) abusive words
- (d) unexplained heavy vocabulary
- (e) too many grammatical errors
- (f) incoherence
- (g) too long or too short for the subject matter
- (h) poor quality
- (i) irrelevant subject matter
- (j) unconfirmed sources
