Press Release NECS-Europe delivered its message to the EDA Congress.

In response to an invitation by the Eritrean Democratic Alliance (EDA) the network of Eritrean Civic Societies in Europe (NECS) has sent two delegates to take part in the congress taking place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

መልእኽቲ ንጉባኤ ኪዳን ናብ

ኩሎም ሓርበኛታት ውድባት ኣብ ትሕቲ ጽላል ኪዳን ዘለኹምን: ካብ ኪዳን ወጻኢ እትርከቡን ኤርትራውያን ውድባት ብሓባር። እቲ ዕዙዝን ሙዉቕን ሃልሃል ዝብል ልባዊ ሰውራዊ ሰላምታይ ይብጽሕኩም።

ብርግጽ ሙሉእ ወርቃዊ ግዜኹም ወፊኹም፡ አቲ ዘይሕለለ ዲሞክራስይዊ ሓርበኛዊ ቃልሲ ንምህናጽ፡ ሓዳስ ዲምክራስያዊት ኤርትራ ሚዩቕታን ፍርሕን ዘይብላ ቅስንትን ፍትሓዊትን ምዕብልትን ህድእትን ናይ ኩሎም ሓርበኛታት ሃገራውያን፡ ማዕርነትን ሙሉእ መሰልን ንምርግጋጽ ተባዕን ሓርበኛዊን ቃልሲ ተካይዱ ምህላውኩም፡ ንለባምን መስተውዓልን ሰብ ዝተሰወረ ኣይኮነን።

Asmara refuses to receive Azhar University mission GIC

Eritrean government refused to receive any envoys from Azhar University, who were coming to Eritrea yearly to teach arabic and islamic subjects for students in Asmara, Massawa and Keren religious institutes, Egyptian newspaper said today.
Sheikh Ali Abdul Baqi secretary general of the islamic research academy at Azhar University said that the Eritrean authorities told us that they will not receive any envoys from the university again, Egyptian newspaper, added.
Noteworthy, that the missions of Azhar University had a role in consolidation the islamic culture and Arabic language in Eritrea since 1944, where the first islamic institute was founded in Asmara, Azhar sheikhs also played a role in the definition of Eritrean revolution during colonialism

Eritrean Refugees Help Initiative The Eritrean community in Paltalk started this noble initiative to help the forgotten and helpless Eritrean refugees in Sudan. A group of well meaning Eritreans started the idea, and instead of always talking about problems, why can’t we do something positive to alleviate the problems of some of our brothers and sisters, who are still suffering in places like Sudan and Ethiopia. Since we are a small group, we decided to focus on the refugees in Sudan for now.
